NFA is currently looking for a project architect to join our growing team in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We are offering a salary range of $75-100K with 3-5 years professional experience. We also offer yearly bonuses, 3-4 weeks paid vacation (in addition to 2 weeks stat days), reasonable working hours with paid overtime, and medical insurance.

At the heart of this project lies our clients’ profound desire to spend as much time outside as possible. The structure is integrated into the landscape and hillside with a green roof so as to not impede the ocean view from the main house. It contains a sauna, bar, and covered hot tub/cold plunge — all just steps from the Atlantic Ocean.

One of several buildings on the site, it’s designed as a destination within the larger property: a place to unwind, gather, and connect with the elements.

The Sandy Cove House, our latest collab with @east.coast.modern and @blueprint_construction, consists of three dwellings: a main house, a detached garage/studio, and a pool house. The pool house, which contains two additional bedrooms, a flex space, and sauna, is buried into the hillside with a green roof so as to not interrupt the view from the main house.
